After the death of my father I inherited a lot of debt. That loss reframed my concepts of success, accumulation, and the American Dream. In response, I moved to a village of 200 year-round residents in rural Uruguay.
My work documents evidence of sustainability via communities, objects, and systems that endure without credit and borrowing from the future. “The beauty of enough.”

Después de la muerte de mi padre heredé una gran deuda. Esa pérdida reformuló mis conceptos de éxito, acumulación y el “Sueño Americano.” En respuesta, me mudé a un pueblo de 200 habitantes permanentes en la zona rural de Uruguay.
Mi trabajo documenta evidencias de sostenibilidad a través de comunidades, objetos y sistemas que perduran sin credito y pedir prestado al futuro. “La belleza de lo suficiente.”
